Tom Corcoran, the first President and CEO of DRWC, has been responsible for the planning and coordination of the redevelopment of a six mile stretch of Philadelphia's waterfront along the Delaware River from Pier 70 Blvd. in South Philadelphia north to Allegheny Avenue, and from I-95 to the river. During Tom's tenure at DRWC, notable accomplishments include the completion of the award-winning master plan for this area and the highly acclaimed Race Street Pier.
Under his leadership, DRWC is now pursuing an aggressive agenda to implement the recommendations of the master plan. Mr. Corcoran will present past, present and future projects the DRWC has undertaken in furtherance of the master plan.
