"The May primary election"

Mr. Stalberg will be speaking about the May primary election where at stake are all 17 Council seats (with at least four incumbents set to retire), the Mayor's Office and several other important positions, including the Sheriff's Office. He will acquaint us with the issues and tell us why these contests matter. There will be an opportunity for questions. This should be an informative and lively session since Mr.Stalberg has been following Philadelphia election politics for many years.
