"The Economic Impact of the Affordable Care Act on the Philadelphia Region"

Dr. Angelides' presentation will focus on the economic impact of the Affordable Health Care Act on the Philadelphia region. Three main themes that he will discuss are: the impact of expanded Medicaid, if approved; the overall impact of the ACA on employment, wages, and economic activity; and 3) the policy implications of some of the other provisions.
