Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mayor Michael Nutter has been called to Washington, D.C. on Thursday and will be unable to address our meeting. However, we are delighted to announce that Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey is available and will speak to his tenure and offer his insight as to the many challenges facing Philadelphia, especially in this time of heighten security concerns.
